Mexico’s Congress became the shooting star of extraterrestrial believers this past September as self-described U.F.O-ologist, Jaime Maussan, took center stage. With an air of anticipation, Maussan unveiled two enigmatic caskets within the congressional chambers. What lay inside were purported extraterrestrial beings, their appearance mirroring the stereotypical depiction of aliens oversized heads, skinny bodies, and three fingers. Maussan asserted that these bodies, allegedly discovered in Peru in 2017, are a staggering 1,000 years old. Notably, he claimed one of the bodies was pregnant.

“These are not mummies,” Maussan asserted, “These are complete bodies that have not been manipulated.” Speaking under oath, he firmly stated that these entities were of nonhuman origin.

However, the scientific community remains deeply skeptical. Similar claims about alleged alien remains have surfaced in the past, only to be dismissed by experts as either ancient Peruvian mummies or manipulated artifacts. During this hearing, forensic expert, and military doctor José de Jesús Zalce Benítez presented scans of the alleged alien bodies. According to Zalce Benítez, the creatures possessed unusually large brains and eyes, suggesting advanced cognitive abilities. Moreover, he noted the absence of teeth, indicating a diet primarily reliant on liquids. When I asked teacher Mr. Putman he said “Externally the body to me looks quite fake. It seems to look ore like a statue with a flattened shape.” When also asked about the It scans he said “Based on the scans shown it does look like a possible bone structure but models can be made quite realistically. Until it can be properly examined I would be skeptical.” And that “It most closely looks like a humanoid shape so most closely related to a primate.”

The hearing did not stop at physical evidence. Ryan Graves, the executive director of the Americans for Safe Aerospace organization and a former Navy fighter pilot, shared his experiences.

Graves, along with two other U.S. veterans, testified before a U.S. congressional subcommittee investigating UFOs in July. Mexico’s Congress was also shown videos capturing perplexed Mexican pilots attempting to make sense of rapidly moving unidentified flying objects.

“We are not alone,” Maussan declared, echoing a sentiment that has fascinated humanity for generations. Mr. Putman also added “I do believe there is alien life out there as statistically based on the amount of planets it is highly likely even when taking into account the small chance of life developing.”

However, the day after the hearing, Graves distanced himself from the extraordinary claims made within the congressional walls. The scientific and general societies continue to demand rigorous, fact-based support for such astounding claims notwithstanding the intensity and mystery surrounding these extraterrestrial beings. As the debate rages on, the quest for answers regarding the existence of extraterrestrial life remains as elusive as ever.
